Cheating in Exodus 3000 is unacceptable.
Cheating consists of and is not limited to the creation of multiple accounts by one user, use of third-party programs to play or map out the game, and posting personal information or homestead locations of other players.
Actions the player feels may be misinterpreted as cheating should be reported to the admin at once to sort out any issues. For any other cases, where cheating is the intent, the player will likely be restricted from receiving any payouts and banned permanently or at the least be posted for public ridicule on the Cheaters on Display topic of the Exodus 3000 Forums.
The admin has also offered a reward for any cheater's found by players. Players who report a cheater to admins@exodus3000.com will receive 250 anytime moves if the report is found to be valid. Also, if a player finds a way to give himself free moves, upgrades, Mars Dollars, or other similar exploits and reports it in the same fashion he will receive the same reward. To be eligible for the reward you must also be the first player to report the cheater or bug.
Please note that fraudulent referrals also count as cheating and will result in administrator action.
The first cheater discovered was Daefecator, who was charged with hacking into the code and maxing out his player stats. His actions were promptly discovered and he received a lifetime ban from the admin.
If you attempt to cheat in Exodus 3000 you will be caught.
